ASSHA IK KIRAN FOUNDATION (AIKF) was founded by Radhey Shyam Shukla to uplift underprivileged communities through social service. Their focus shifted to imparting skills and knowledge to enable societal growth. Notably, they successfully conducted skill development programs benefiting the underprivileged, generating income for families. AIKF also established St. Xavier’s School in Sant Kabir Nagar, providing free education to girls and the needy. Operating as a network of dedicated social workers, AIKF identifies local needs and develops training modules to address them. Their efforts encompass training, education, environment, health, resource development, and awareness campaigns. Despite limited facilities, AIKF strives to empower the underprivileged and create a self-reliant society.

Our Vision and Mission
ASSHA IK KIRAN FOUNDATION (AIKF) was basically founded by Radhey Shyam Shukla for doing the social service in backward communities and to uplift them. Later on after we received the true meaning of Social Service, we opted to give back the society the priceless Truth of Service towards Humanity. We have been teaching and training people so that Society might flourish in our area. Our greatest achievement till today is that we have successfully accomplished several skill development programs through which multiple underprivileged are generating income to support their family and to keep running the chain of imparting skills to the needy and opened a School namely St.Xavier’s School at Khalilabad, Sant Kabir Nagar (U.P), where we are providing the free education to the girls and needy.
Since ASSHA IK KIRAN FOUNDATION (AIKF) was established and the day we devoted our work for the society we have been provided with the vision to flourish the underprivileged around our work area. We reside and work at Sant Kabir Nagar, a place where around 44.58% of the population is underprivileged among which mostly is uneducated. As this is a town and the nearby places are villages where most of the people are underprivileged in terms of getting proper education, livelihood and technological enhancement. Approx every family holds their daughter for getting higher education so we have got this very fine opportunity to conduct several Skill Development Programs like Stitching & Tailoring Training Program, Beauty Parlour Training, Food Processing Training Program, Candle & Phenyl Making Program, Computer Literacy Training program, English Speaking & Personality Development Program where hundreds of girl/women Beneficiaries/Trainees taken part & get trained.
ASSHA IK KIRAN FOUNDATION (AIKF), Sant Kabir Nagar (U.P),India is basically network of social workers who provide their social services according to local need and problems of the different area. The workers and volunteers of the society are dedicated towards their mission of integrated self-reliant society. They identify the problem and need and communicate all this to the Managing Committee of the organization where it is discussed and proper training modules is prepared by experts. The training is being provided to the beneficiaries firstly to identify and estimate their capabilities and then to strengthen the voluntary efforts to achieve required objectives. Training, Education, Environment, Health, Resource Development & Awareness are the major action undertaken by the association for betterment of the down trodden section of area. Due to lack of facilities we are not able to give them better Education and Training.
